No overclock? 4790k usually can do 4.8Ghz.
Corsair h55 is a really cheap and good aio liquid cooler for cpus.

ah ic, i am not familiar with xeon Proc, i mean next time if i ever encounter this problem if i wanna change a mobo in future, how do i avoid it ? =X

Now that I checked again, it seems 4790K can do 4.2Ghz turbo on all four cores or forced to 4.4Ghz on all four cores using multicore enchancements in motherboard BIOS.

What's your temp for the CPU? Is it on stock cooler?

yeah TBH i feel the same way too.. my previous fx 8350 running rock stable at 4.8ghz.. i think not more than 3 times of BSOD for almost 2 years of usage.. currently with i7 4790k oc at 4.8ghz, im getting 2-3 times of BSOD every month since 6 months of usage.. usually getting bccode 3b and 50 everytime BSOD happened. prime95 for 1hour no prob so i dont think my oc causing the problem.. maybe i just need a fresh format and test again.. errr off-topic   

eh yeah.. i understand what he meant..  hm one day when u grad.. looking for job, keep those smart@ss/Sarcastic/cynical comment it help you in getting Hired.. sometime.. @ss kiss work Best getting Rm 6K+ monthly..  specially in MY gov sector... or in Country Tittle to be awards as a Vip than norm ppl... Later no money left for R9 390.

For me,45-60FPS is fine.Lower than that,i feel nervous lag-wise.

Like racing games,if it hovers around 30,it feels crap.
