can an online race be saved? because I suggest doing a 24 hour race.
this is very different from a usual race. you have to take factor of engine life, Tyre choise, the sun (Believe me, to drive at sunset and sunup is the hardest thing to do in this game), strategy, and most of all, concentration.
We will partition this race into parts where each part will be raced each weekend, saved and resumed the weekend after.
The only downside is if the racer cannot make it to the race, he will be dropped

Cannot save, once you press ESC while online race, the car will jump to garage = DNF.....game over already

The only way doing that is to use the time scale of 48x if available on the game lah...hehehe (30mins race X 48 = 1440mins divide 60mins = 24hr)

Maybe we do it only at Proximus Spa 24hr Round 7 only lah, the other round is normal time scale...lets get others opinion also.

Cannnot make 1 hour race? the longer the better. And it will affect the tire choise.

Amazing discovery tho, I can last up to more than 2 hours on the same set of tyres at Monza because of the low tyre degredation

The Feature Race (Race#2) 30mins with 2x tyre wear & 2x fuel usage is enough i think, equivalent to 60mins normal tyre wear & fuel, did some test @ Imola (average 1:45.xx/fastest 1:44.xx) with normal tyre wear & fuel usage, after 25mins with medium compund, start droping the lap times of 3sec to 4sec...masuk pit already to replace the tyre & lap times improve.

During the race, it could be hard compound no pitstop or maybe 1 pitstop with medium compund or maybe 2 or 3 pitstop with soft compund...drivers choice..hehehe

This coming test race i might go for hard compound with no pit...want to see how many laps dapat in the race.

Hard compound is good. The lap times is not the much different, but I can push it to the max more than twice the lap numbers of the Medium. I tested it in the 24H races, and with the Ferrari550, which had small tanks compared to other cars. I discovered that it was at it's best after 30 laps.
