Reason for sale: When i got my upper braces off, i was really excited to show off my smile. So i ask my dentist about teeth whitening. He suggest me the in-office teeth whitening procedure. but it was really expensive, almost RM2100, the result are fast only 45 minutes.

he then suggest me a second option, which is at-home teeth whitening system. the same system used at the office but with lower intensity, so it need several repetition to achieve the final result like the in-office procedure.

the step is very easy,

1) You put the thermo-form trays on boiled water for 10-15 second then immediately put it on your teeth, bite down, suck the air, leave for 15 second then take them out. if u not satisfied with the impression, repeat the procedure. Once you satisfied, trim the front tab away from the tray with scissors. Make sure it is flush with the front surface of the tray. Repeat for the lower teeth, if you begin with the upper one.

2) Put the gel on the trays, only the teeth that is showing when you smile. Remember not to put too much or else the gel will spread out and irritate your gum.

3) Place the Blue LED light on to your mouth. Leave for 15 minutes, then remove the light.

4) Leave the trays for another 25-30 minutes.

5) If you can tolerate, you may leave the trays for 1 hour after removing the light for better result.

Once i got my upper Braces off, my teeth are yellow



my 4th time using the gel with the tray are in on my upper teeth, you can start see the difference between my upper and lower teeth



after 6 days, with twice application (morning and evening/night), you can really tell the difference, my upper teeth is a lot whiter than my lower teeth. Picture are taken facing the sunlight with no flash.



On using this system, you may feel some discomfort like gum burning sensation. But it is only for few minutes. To lessen this discomfort, avoid using too much gel so that the gel will not spread outside the trays.

Your gum may also turn into white if the gel is in contact with your gum. It will return to normal after sometimes. Worst, if gum bleeding occur, stop application for few days.

You may also experience some sensitivity on drinking cold or hot water. But it depends on individual. I experience random sensitivity, but i can tolerate it as long as i have white teeth.

I use the gel twice per day, morning and night for 8 days before i really satisfied with the result. Then i apply the gel once per day for another week to maintain the whiteness. Now, i only use the gel once per month. You may decrease/increase the usage according to your result. But if possible, you need to use the gel everyday for at least a week before you can decrease the usage for better result.

The final result depends on your initial teeth condition. My teeth are yellow due to foods, coffee, tea etc etc so the stains are only on the surface. If you are smokers, or taking medication that can cause intrinsic staining, it may need longer treatment time to see visible result.

This is considered moderate to strong peroxide formula, containing 35% Carbamide Peroxide. The highest concentration approved my FDA is 44% but personally i think that is too high, most dentist would not recommend that.

Reason for selling: I Really want to have super white teeth, so i thought only 2 gel is not enough. I bought 10 gel, and end up using only 1 syringe of gel for a month. The gel will expire within 2 years from the date of manufacture (15 November 2014, so will expire on 15 November 2016)

Always store the gel in COOL and DARK environment. Never expose to any sources of light. Better to be refrigerated.

I am a medical student, but i have a very close friend which is my dentist, so i learn all this stuff from him.
