Actus Reus Progression: 7/7 Heroic mode. Now moving towards Mythic.

Playing ret paladin but change to ele plus enhance shaman, ilv about 640, can I join?

I am old school, playing at 2006 but stop at 2008, after that account was hacked and gone, last year made a return, can't find a guild to join. Wanna play with people that have same time zone with me, I can transfer to gundrak no problem but need to be sure I can join the guild first as gundrak us server.
