Who working in MBF Cards? Any comments for this company? Any benefit or bonus? How about annual leave and salary increment?

my friend can hit the quota

he earn 6k+++++-- / month

but work whole day...not every month

minimum got 2k

as usual lo.. politician is the king/queen.. just make sure u know how to 'chat hai' lo.. that place not reli like a proper working place 1.. i heard that they always chit chat bout xxx stuffs during office hour.. in open office space with guys and girls also joining in those topics.. and yes, there is some ladies there are VERY open..

hum.. as i can remember my fren told me...
1) if u late for 1/2 hour, consider u r on Emergency leave
2) u can take emergency leave as many times as u want and wont deduct from your annual leave
3) if u MC for more than 3 times a year, your bonus will be affected.. so if u sick, better take emergency leave rather than take MC.. Wired

Can take emergency leave as many times as you want? Are you sure? I think this is unpaid leave, right? And since MC also will affect bonus, I think emergency leave more affect the bonus...

yes.. for them emergency leave = unpaid leave.. but it wont affect your bonus..
if MC then sure affect your Bonus..

but 1 thing, if u do operation thing (not go out and sell the card reader machine), u'll be VERY FREE most of the time.. my fren work there free till duno wat to do from 2pm - 6pm... always goyang kaki & call fren to chit chat.. most of the operation ppl are very free.. free till boring...

if u want earn more money, dun do anything during working hour, wait till 6PM then onli start work so that can claim OT and when u claim a lot of OT, boss said u hardworking (This is REAL)... coz my fren always finish work b4 6PM and get question from boss why no work OT and other ppl got so many things to do till wanna work OT.. Good Management they work based on quantity not quality..

Why taking unpaid leave won't affect your bonus? If boss know that you always take leave, I think your bonus also won't high...
So free? Then good...Working OT? If can claim, it's ok...just worry have to work late but can't claim OT...

dude, there is no OT claim for those salary above 1600, if u want to make money use motor for travelling u can claim the same amount as car .

its true u should work late, when i leave the company my boss say one of my weakness is not working hard enough becouse i usually go home on time

I guess the basic pay is low and the bonus highly depend on your sale.

Wow! That's a lot. I did saw many of them in shopping complex chasing their customers here and there but not realize thay're earning so much!
