End of the day as long as price keep going up, no way people will easily let go such golden egg laying goose, in fact our price are far from un affordable, base on current income & property there is easily another 50% of growth space meaning Property like OUG Parklane, mahkota residence, suria residence  & One South need to go to 600K, Green Terrain 900K-1M this may cause the sales to be slowing down, to have it deflate then maybe another 25% like 400K property 750K & 600K property 1M above.

One need to know tat every crisis is different. Not all ll bring the same results. Not all ll make the same grp richer.

Of cos v kenot compare those successful ones. Even in them u c failure if take silios note of it.

Last crisis might c the rise in PERSON A and the collapse in PERSON B. Tis round maybe to A mou lei fun, B oso mou lei fun. Could b PERSON C or D.

Regardless of how severe the 84 97 or 07, tis round might b or might not b as bad as b4??? Or worst??? Or nothin happens. brows.gif
