N93 is less than 3k right? No way N95 is more.

Yes it can, due to higher specs e.g 5 Mpx camera and built in GPS receiver.

HDD in ur hp...
don every think of dropping it...
N91 that i hear is problematic...
HDD dies soonner than expected... one of them i saw is 2 HDD change...
coz problem... n remember once i drop the HDD you have problem wif it...

They should learn from Toshiba, their HDDs are fitted with shock absorbers. I will prefer that they use Nand flash instead since it's a portable device.

Its not a lot because the camera is already 5 MP, so that translates to 5 MB per picture if you want to snap pictures at the max res. The GPS system may need maps installed into your phone to work real time but I'm ignorant about this. Plus don't forget all the goodies like mp3, p0rn, etc.
