[Budget]3k

[Purpose] mostly for games

[Hardwares that will be re-use] monitor, mouse, keyboard.

[Games & softwares that use frequently] Titanfall, Fifa, photoshop, and incoming Evolve. mostly FPS games.

[Personal preferences] i prefer to have SSD to install the OS, and 1TB HDD for the other stuffs. dont mind to use i5 if cant fit i7 into the budget.
prefer 8gb ram.
should i get the win8 or win7 as the OS? that doesnt have to be in the budget though.
