Thanks for your input, i either will be changing the proc to a xeon or i'll just pump some money into proc cooler and fans...

Btw, any particular reason for the H97 chipset? I was thinking of the B85 vanguard from asus..looks good with heat sinks...
also, are M-ATX chasis like the bitfenix prodigy unnecessary?

I might go with the msi H97M-G43 if available...also, would you recommend water cooling or there's too much pump failures to justify its reliability? on the cheaper side..air cooling seems to be the way to go, do you have any recommendations? thanks
