Try updating your graphic card driver. You can also try using DVI and see how it goes.

Is there a monitor driver CD? I've never heard of this brand. It might need the driver installed.

Budget too low for GTA V minimum requirements. Try looking for second hand Core 2 Quad Q9450(LGA775) or i5-750(LGA1156) or higher.

those are one of the sifu suggested to me for a 3k budget gaming rig earlier this week.

I was able to korek my tabung and increase my budget to 3.5k.

Any suggested improvement? and this time Im willing to use a cheaper case for better performance.

Go for mod_po's build. You might wanna buy from Jayacom since they didn't inflate the price. Adding GST still cheaper than other shops. Other shops increased the prices much more than 6%.

Because this Seasonic model is mid grade. The RM100-200ish from Corsair and Coolermaster is low grade. There is stamina involved for the quality of the components inside.

Overclocking will need beefier motherboard which will significantly increase the budget. FX-8350 100% will kill M5A97 motherboard.

The recommended Intel setup isn't for overclock. If you want one, switch to these
