hello. i need a custom server rig suggestion.
used for controlling small business network system,
centralized wifi something like for hotel, where users need to login if need internet access..
budget 3-4 k..
smaller is better,prefer itx board/sff casing

is the performance different than non-itx version?

Next month gonna buy new gc and cpu. Is xeon and gtx 970 gonna bottleneck my mobo? Do i need to buy new mobo for xeon and gtx970? If bottleneck, is it suitable to buyi5?

Would recommend you to save more for Xeon. BF4 large multiplayer maps is a CPU hog.
