Dear all, please becareful if you're going to Len Sheng Tyre shop at Bandar Puteri Puchong, opposite Puteri Mart. They have cheated my AMG Sport Rims C200 W204, my mileage just 20k only.

Last week I found that my steering vibrating therefore I suspect my alignment problem and I visited the tyre shop. They remove my tyre and notice that my front rim bend tyre spoil. They advice me to change the rims otherwise it will effect my suspension and other bigger defect in a matter of time. I keep on telling them that I love my original rims and asked them if rims can be repair. No one answer me but they keep on asking me to choose rims and told me that they will buy back my rims and give me discount.

I called Merz centre on the spot and wanna ask for the price of my original rims but unfortunate that the Merz centre told me that they can't check due to system down.

Sigh...I think I am really bad luck that day. Due to my stupidity where I didn't know actually rims can be repair, I agree to change the rims and tyres.

They take all my rims and 4 original tyres (mileage only 20k) and give me Vossens Rim (I suspect it is Taiwan clone rims instead of original) and Toyo Sports t1 tyres with top up of 4K. That Toyo tyre they charge me RM650 each.

After I spend some time Google for info, that tyres actually I can get at RM630 other place without even need to trade in my original tyres.

This shop is damn dishonest and I really feel cheated. I post my original rims and the new rims in the comment area.

buy back ur AMG + tyres with top up loh....

Simple solution, go back to the shop & demand back the set of your AMG wheels with the tyres fitted previously. Ask them to take back your set of Vossen wheels with tyres.

If all failed, pay RM3K to some thugs to burn the whole tyre shop down tonight. Rubbers easy to burn & spread the fire faster too!

Foremost I have been a loyalcustomer to this shop over the last 8 years and personally I don't think they are a rip off. Prices are reasonable and after sales service is good. In fact there were this time after I changed a brand new set of tires, 6 months later it kinda have some peeling off symtoms and they gladly got the manufacturer to replace them for me free. I ask them abt your situation the last round I went there to hv my tires changed and he said it was a misunderstanding and hv also replaced everything back to u as original thus he has been trying to call you to remove this thread but he do hv your phone number. I am not trying to take sides but since he has given you back everything then it's only fair u delete this thread. Just my 2 cents.

Went to Len Sheng to get my tyres changed today. I remember very well, that they told me RM165 inclusive of GST and card charges.

After changing tyres, they charged me RM40 extra, said I heard them wrongly while on the phone.

Dishonest bunch.

That Vossen rim at that price is probably replica and I will have safety concern driving with those rims too.

He paid more even including trading in his original AMG rims with some fake China or Taiwan Vossen leh, not just purely buy tires! That's a real rip off! One thing for sure, his original AMG rims even with that slight dent should still cost way MORE than the fake Vossen! So by right he should've paid much cheaper for the tires. The other thing is even with a much fairer deal, it's still a bad decision to change from original AMG rims to such fake Vossen, so should've just repaired that AMG rims just like the TS now knows. Unfortunately the TS was just not knowledgeable enough to immediately knew it back then. Lesson learnt the hard way I guess. But that's how the business is, surely any shops want to make as much money as they can and therefore people like TS are easy meat for them.

For the original merc rim either amg or not, once you let go...you never get back.

This tyre shop - Len Sheng Bandar Puteri is in my blacklist. I just happen to bump into this thread while searching for other stuff. Just want to share my story. I went to change my tyre there after seeing their promotion two years ago. I asked for specific tyre model for my car, they said they have it and quoted me the price and after I agreed they started their work. After payment and all, only I realised that the tyre model is a different model from the one I asked. Not having the stock is one thing, changing to another tyre model is another thing. Although the price does not differ much, by them not telling me about the stock is already a dishonest act. They know that you wont ask them to change back to the old tyres after they have fully done with their work. Please don't go there by all means.

i went to change my tyre there last weekend before reading this thread.
lucky me, no issue. and in fact, they did offer very good price for my bridgestone ep300 185/60R15.

This is the worst tyre shop, and I back TS. There ws once was just a puncture, ask them to patch, keep push us to buy new tyre. BULL F*****ING SHIT. End up I find else where that they patch tyre from the inside only cost 10 bucks

my both cars and my old car service by them.So far they never cheated me before and they are very efficient and fast on their job. Price wise ok and not expensive compare to others.
But i don't have mercz. Anyway, no one point a gun to ur head for the trade....shouldn't just spoil their reputation just like that. The boss is a hardworking person, multiple time i see he let his worker eat their lunch and he continue to work himself.

Promotion that time, change 4 tyres, get Petronas Gift Card with values RM40 inside.
Free alignment and balancing with 4 tyres too.

There is always have 1st time.

Last time I also kena same as you and lesson learned. Tell me rims bengkok cannot be repair (trade in the ori rims) and ask me choose the rims.
