Is this project really not that worth to buy even it is below RM500k?

I would like to confirm with u all...
1/ Is this development near high tension cable area?
2/ The whole residences will built on the ex mining area?
3/ The house is gatelese? Means no gate?
4/ It is guarded and gated community area?

Sorry Im not really familiar with this development area as I havent go and have a look...

If compare to Saujana KLIA or Kota Warisan by IOI, is this Cybersouth project nearer if coming from Puchong heading to KLIA?
