u guys should really check lamanview project at cyberjaya by gadang. about equally priced plus its freehold. announced its going to be gated and guarded recently. actual cyberjaya not dengkil. beside hp. i have been staying in cyber for the past 2 years now, and my opinion would be to avoid cybersouth for the moment. ex mining land, leasehold, dengkil near mara (prone to student stay). and plus do u guys know the actual lake that going to remain as lake is not at all as big as pictured? ask the sales people the next time u guys visit the showhse. alocated lake area is so small. the rest of the lake area is going to be filled up, someone else land, and not mct. who knows wuts coming up there... those who booked.. beter think kau kau.. economy not as good.. plz do not burden urself with unwanted property loan.. just my 2cents..

I'm quite confident with them. Cybersouth is the first Township develop by MCT and i don't think they gonna plan to fail this project. If you look at the Cybersouth Master plan, there're still many upcoming phases for terrace, high rise and commercial to be develop in future, this is 10 years project, if they failed the phase1 and phase2. Do not expect Cybersouth can be self-sustain once completed in 3 years because they still need to develop more commercial within the township, the owner shd understand they still need to rely on the amenities around Cyberjaya/Putrajaya and Dengkil. But they should enjoy the tranquility until it is fully developed.

My answer to those worries again.

Ex-mining - Piling work is in place.
Leasehold - For ownstay, are you going to live another 99 years? Are you worry your grand kids no way to stay after 99 years? come on, let them take up the responsible about their living. For investment, landed property around Cyberjaya will be precious in future. You can invest in freehold high rise and leasehold landed then you'll see the difference.

If u think it was worth ur investment, good for u. If others feel otherwise, respect their point of view. U hv all ur rights not to agree but u dun hv to refute all of em. Esp wen ur reasoning doesnt mk any sense.

still left with few units bro. this is as off last week friday. the 22x70 and 22x75 are all sold off except for sum corner lots which goes upto a million plus. the 22x85 still left but i got truned off by their layout and price >700k+. 22x70 was 550k and 22x75 was 620k. roughly afta discount. u may wana checkout their sales office for more info. for own stay or investing? theres lock in period of 6 years ya.. u cant sell for 6years from the date of signing snp, i suppose. hvnt sign yet so not really sure on the duration from wen.

imposed by the master developer of cyberjaya itself, to prevent flipers and to promote more people to actually stay in cyber. construction to take 2 to 3 years. so means u gota keep it for the following 3 to 4 years. hvnt really go through the details yet coz we got it for own stay so didnt bother much.

nope. its non bumi lot. bumi lot all sold out. developer r firm not going to sell the non bumi lot to bumi. first time im hearing this. bumi lot got waiting list nw. cool2.gif
