Anybody received any text messages or email concerning easy payment plan/cash advance for 2.88% one time management fees?

Hi all,

Anybody knows how the Cash installment plan works?

If I apply for a installment for 12 months but I settle the cash advancement amount within 6 months is it possible or there will be penalty for early settlement?
