I'm using this card to farm Marriot points.

I feel like the points gained are so little after converting.

Curious on:

How do y'all like this card so far?

Is the points accumulation?

Is anything else more worthy to convert using this card? Like Mas flyers, etc.

It's great for lounge access if/when traveling. Otherwise, I'm just using it now for farming points in dining spending and the occasional travel bookings.

However, I wish I had known that the HSBC points redemption conversion was quite low before signing up. It's expected that rewards come with high spends and the calculations are never straightforward but I'll do my best to explain below:

for example, 25 HSBC points = 1 Marriott point

RM 400 - 500 stays at the Marriott hotels easily need at least 13,000 Marriott points. This means I need 325,000 HSBC points. Assuming I only spend on dining, then I need RM65,000 in dining spend (5 HSBC points = RM 1).

FYI: 21 HSBC points = 1 Enrich points.

Really? I don't know how much other cards are offering Marriot points tbh.
