Waited for so long in order to connect to one of your customer service Officer, try to connect using live chat also find difficult to engage with one, any other ways to get connected? Need to waive both of my annual fee and SST

Hi all, my HSBC card got charged annual fees and SST. I live chat their customer service take years for me to engage with one Officer. I managed to asked for waiver for annual fees but not SST. Any chance for HSBC to offer rebate for SST? Otherwise I would not need this card anymore

Just a quick update about my card was charged both SST and annual fee. Directly write to HSBc via the in app chat box, was attended by live agent.
Got no problem to waive the annual fee and SST but provided need to use the card for 3 transactions regardless of the amount. But have to wait for 1.5 months for the SST credit = you have to pay first then it will credit back at the latter date. See my annual fee got reversed at the next day, received my new card too since the current one is approaching it expiry date. That’s all from my end |
