I just got my t1 card today. I already activated it, register for online banking via app. Called the customer service for verification, but i still cant use the app. When i login it just stuck at the login page. No error what so ever

Did you have a HSBC banking app/website login previously?

If yes, they must manually tag the new card to the old login information. You need to call them to do it. Such a shit system but nothing's changed over the years.

Recently, I was charged an annual fee on my travel1 card. I contacted customer service to request a waiver, but unfortunately, they declined. They explained that even if I cancel the card, I’d still need to pay the annual fee upfront. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If so, how did you manage to get the fee waived? Last year, I spent around 15k, which falls short of the 5k needed for automatic waiver.

If you've already charged to your card after the annual fee was charged, you're out of luck.

I do it once every 9 months. 6 months waiting period and then 3 months to receive the gift. This is my 4th or 5th round doing it. But I do notice others e.g. UOB will blacklist.
