Yup, for the subsequent years U need min. 12x swipes to get Auto Annual Fee waiver...

Me having their CC (MPower Visa Plat. + Visa Signature) since 2011, Never being charged a single cent of Annual fees

is this different promo than the Blackberry? Meaning if I apply another card can I get the Apple TV too?
