For 12 swipes per year for annual fee waiver, does it have to be pin-enabled transactions or it can also consists of paywave transactions?

As sundayteenz mentioned, try using via app AND pay using HSBC card.

From there (old interface), you can add your new card.

You need to log in first.

Once you've logged in, look for Services > Security > Change my secondary password.

It will route to the old interface.

Once you're in it, look for Select Accounts at left sidebar.

For HSBC Lazada voucher, is it only usable with HSBC credit card or can it be used during payment with other credit cards

My card is for insurance auto debit and perhaps few swipes with small amount just to meet the free annual fee waiver requirement.

Has anybody redeem their points via HSBC recently? I noticed that they do not send any confirmation email now. I am not sure whether my redemption is successful although I managed to capture the reference number.
