it won't appear on its own. somebody must have try to pre-authorize it.

the safe and correct way: if you see unknown visa provisioning service in USD, contact bank cs IMMEDIATELY

How long normally it take for HSBC to process new card application?

Wow, so long.. no wonder my application submitted for 7 working days still no news.

I have applied cc online since 13th of Oct until now still under processing. Contact the cs chat they said the process takes about 10-14 working days but subject to how many applications overall 😮‍💨 dunno whether will it be approved or not. Am an expat btw, maybe it will take longer time to process ya?

I found an article if can't be validated its a fake unit. Authentic Apple.

Call Apple customer service, and they can assist you in activating it online.
I also had the same issue when I purchased my AirPods Pro from one of the authorized resellers.

Hi, HSBC platinum visa and master card holder here....wanna check with u guys here, i thought HSBC gives 8 times rewards points for every RM1 spend?  My monthly usage say RM10,000 but i get 10000 points plus 4000 bonus points only, instead of 80000 points.
