I already spent rm2000 but yet to receive any update if i get the lazada rm500 voucher. How to check?

No. For rides only. I redeemed before, only one code will be given but can be used for 10x. It's a promo code, you input it every time before you confirm a ride.

2nd lazada code just received today.

28 Dec - Received & activated card. Spent RM2000 as per T&C.
5 Feb - Received Lazada voucher code through email.

Unlike previous campaign, this time need to use HSBC cc with the voucher.

I want to get the 500 Lazada voucher, submitted application through the HSBC website 3 days ago and nobody contacted me yet...

very confusing. i just text my agent after reading all your comments, and he said existing card holders are still eligible. he said the information given by CS is not right. argh, which one is the correct one...

Yesterday received a call for my application and they said i am not eligible because I am the existing customer. So I actually asked them which clause mentioned existing customer is not eligible? Apparently what they have on hand and what published at HSBC website are different because she said got “existing” but I told her to google and download what you have published. She said she will clarify and check with marketing team.

At 6pm received a called from HSBC, she said marketing made a mistake on the published tnc, I asked shouldn’t HSBC honor your mistake? And how can you tell your customer your tnc is invalid. She said will further clarify with marketing team and her manager. Let’s see.

i got a question.  in 3018 i applied for hsbc because they were having 12 months 0 interest balance transfer. bit after finishing 12 months i immediately cancel the card in 2019

now i see hsbc having same promo again.  can i apply for the card again?

I don't have an Amanah HSBC card or received any invitation via SMS or email but I tried these step to register and it worked!
