Hi, I just received a letter from HSBC, stating that I have been upgraded from a HSBC Gold Credit Card to the HSBC Platinum Credit Card.
For those who have a HSBC Platinum Credit Card, have you been able to request for an Annual Fee waiver annually? I used to do that on the Gold credit card with no problem (I rarely use my credit card, it meant more for emergencies), so I was wonder if I could do the same with this card as well? |

guys, i got a hsbc amanah card few years ago & been using their internet banking service.
today i go to branch to request security device since there are some feature require it. But now i go to internet banking portal -> enter my username -> Login with device, it say i dun have security device, does it need some time to link it to my account? |

One thing I dont like oversea bank is their CS not 24 hours..
Wanted to call see whether they receive my application or not also have to wait office hour.. |

Whoever using Visa Signature and plan to redeem 3000 points = 1000 miles, note that you have to redeem points earned within that quarter.
So points earned in February has to be redeemed within Jan-Mar period, if you want that 3000-1000 conversion rate. I didnt know this and stupidly accummulated points for 1.5 years only to find I cant convert it to Enrich miles using the Visa Signature rate. Big big waste, sigh.. |
