The promo still on?

May I know how long they take to call you for verification after you applied on this website https://sp.hsbc.com.my/lazada500? I submitted last week but never get called from bank or receive any email. Does that mean I am not qualified?

Anyone used their Lazada voucher yet? My order doesn’t seem to go through, it is stuck at my orders - to pay - listed as bank processing.
Is that normal?
I used a Maybank card for the payment though although using the hsbc Lazada voucher.

Do they set certain t&c on the voucher eg. cannot buy electronics?

Yep. Shouldn’t be since the Lazada voucher applies to all products in Lazada. Not sure if the t&c is you have to use HSBC card for the purchase with the voucher?

Thanks, payment managed to go through in the end. I just cancelled the current payment and tried to pay again.
Seems they had a network error the first time I tried to pay by top up to their Lazada e-wallet. Should have stick with direct payment since Lazada e-wallet doesn't have any cashback anymore and e-wallet doesn't give any cc points =.=

HSBC allows logging with primary+secondary passwords to download statements. You can actually do a lot of things without the security device. So far I only use it to add new recipients for payment.

HSBC just called me to offer me Visa Signature, is it a good card? Currently i have HSBC visa platinum.

Regarding on the Lazada rm500 promo, hows the rm25 SST get waived already?

My statement just generated on 12th and I don’t see the rebate even I spent within the 60 days (welcome letter is 18th July)

They said will before credited after statement date which is quite different from my last year experience

Last year I received rm25 cash rebate first before I get charged rm25 SST later lol..

And beside that, they follow up said I entitled for rm500 Lazada  cause I spent the requirement XD (Boost)

Does Visa Signature annual fee is free for first year? I worried get RM 500 lazada voucher but being charge with RM 600 annual fee. I cannot see any statement mentioned it is free for first year.
