Finally got 3x rm80 weekly cb for this campaign on 7Feb2024.

HSBC credit limit allocation makes zero sense. At first I applied a VS card and they gave me 7k credit limit. Few years later I applied for travel one card and was give 80k credit limit. but those two cards credit limit cannot be combined. i asked for VS credit limit increase and was rejected. So bloody stupid! Can't they just combine and share credit limit like any other banks?

Bank have separate credit limit for credit card issue by conventional bank and islamic bank

Both HSBC. No Amanah. I called in to terminate all HSBC cards and the retention department fixed it for me. Need to threaten only can work.

the hsbc platinum if using contactless payment on groceries it will be 8 pts or 5pts?

This is HSBC . I have no idea how their credit limit allocation works. Long time ago I applied for Platinum Mastercard CL assigned was 40k then few years later I applied for additional VS only allocate me 15k. So i requested to combine but with a condition that I must drop a card, so end up I retain the VS with 40k+15k =55k CL. Recently, I just tried to get the Premier again another different CL allocation was allocated more than 100k with the same reasoning, need to drop the lower grade card to combine both limit assignments.

So i did ask if future I drop off the Premier card? What will happen to my CL?, the CS said i need to apply a new card and request to combine the limit again.. LOL

I'm using this card to farm Marriot points.

I feel like the points gained are so little after converting.

How do y'all like this card so far?

Is the points accumulation?

Is anything else more worthy to convert using this card? Like Mas flyers, etc.
