Acer Switch 12 Review
After using it for 1 week, here’s my verdict.

Display
Positive: The screen is nice, it is powered by 1920x1080 resolution and the screen is sharp. Brightness wise is very good. It has 10 fingers sensors for touch screen, pinch to zoom and double tap to click works fine. It has accelerometer and it can rotate any direction you want. It comes with Acer Pen and it works perfectly fine. Drawing on the screen is not an issue and it can recognize your palm touching on the screen and will not take that into your touch.
Negative: It is glossy type and if you are typing under the sun, it will be very reflective. The touch screen is not as intelligent as Apple iPad or iPhone, there is no predictive touch, if you point to a small text, you need to point it precisely or else it will not click on that text. If you are coming from Apple iPad or iPhone users, you will see this immediately.

just got my unit, looks great so far. Here are some of my comments..

The digitizer works pretty well in scribbling and note taking, but not superb.
Haven't really tested the battery life, but i think should be around 8-9 hours browsing internet with wifi and average brightness.
Will try gaming this weekend and see how long it can last..

The keyboard works good since its a wireless , bluetooth keyboard.
I'm ok with the missing touchpad since i'm familiar with the pointing stick. If you're not use to pointing stick, you might have problem using the mouse pointer.

The keyboard is not Bluetooth, it's running on RF. The default Bluetooth is not switched on.

And battery life!

Also, isn't it annoying that the screen faces out when closed so it's not protected in-bag?

it comes with a sleeve..

the screen is gorilla glass 3 therefore won't get scratches easily..

just need some extra careful when taking out and keeping it.. don't think it has much issue..
