Yes, one of the most priciest areas in KV now despite thousands of condos here.. My close friend was just viewing a b'low in glenmarie n say can hear the sound la.. ARA d closer some more... A lot of investors here banking on the LRT factor We will see how things turn out when or if the LRT extension ever completes

Why nowadays all service apartments with commercial and retails together. No more just purely condos?

mall can work here IF all the condo occupied... hows residential occupancy here in AD?!

i think this mall will do OK BUT i dun bliv in the many brands under 1 roof concept here..

Overall confirm do btr than citta mall but they only planning to open with 60+% occupancy leh.. I think AD occupancy will further pick up when LRT is complete n this evolve mall is up

Location wise, it's almost walking distance to the Ara station.

Cantara would be another good property as well for those who uses LRT often.

10 min walk to Lembah Subang station.

Sana tempat memang banyak condo and etc.. high end mid end semua pun ada..so whats the selling point of this product ?
