Friend just bought a unit apparently he told me that the sales people not so action like previously.
Price about 750psft. Not bad for the address though. |

Overshadow by DPC to a certain extend. Nice area but I just don't like the road which is too narrow from my perspective.
Anyway, there is still occasional launching of new property at DPC , so this is something sunway spk doesn't have..... |
