So prices didn't increase much? Surely this is more attractive than tropicana gardens (although that one has an mrt station - but then again mrt shouldnt be a draw to people at that price point)

Firstly it takes luck to snag two ready and earnest buyers who have 100k plus at the very same time... Not so easy in a majority of cases.
