Tan Sri, ur fren stay in premium landed or penthouse condo?

My DSTH frens always claimed the market price was quite low for their houses and should worth more.

Premium condo / apartment should be good to come with 2 bedrooms for 1000-1100 sq ft to reduce the density and enhance the pricacy and exclusivity.

Boss, W3 is berapa tingkat tinggi?

Generally, for RM 200-300k ish I bought for investment, all medium high floors bcz I know young gene like high floor.

But high end condo, I tend to prefer medium high floor and not higher than 20th floor and will opt for lower floor if price increase more than RM 3k per floor.

But also have to depends view lo, since this is not MK, DPC should be safe and ok to pluck any floor.

4th - 5th floor from the pool is also part of my picks. Lol.

If give also, definitely needs longer time and see whether how many units able to sell in this period up to few months before VP, else, it is safe for PPSB.

However, if early buyers all also entitle 10% additional rebates, the project buyers profile would defers dy and most purchasers becomes too rojak.

What I meant rojak buyers was not those merely outlook perspective, talk loudly, cut que etc but the profile and holding power itself.

How much is the price difference of the same size units, same floor but 1 facing Damsansara and another facing Desa Park City or pool or anything but highway.
