Personally I feel that it's still a good choice for investment.
But must have some patience and holding power considering more & more condos are coming up inside DPC & surrounding.
Rental at the moment may not able to cover bank loan installment and maintenance fees (depending loan amount).
Capital appreciation may also be limited as selling price psf wise is already quite high.

If prepare to buy, I feel that must wait for about 10 years (until next boom) b4 seeing reasonable appreciation.

I feel that MK still have a slight advantage over DPC since price psf wise almost the same.
Any members have different view ?

One floor up is expensive by 3k. So 33 storey up will expensive by 100k.....
