Boss BTS wasn't gd in the first few yrs. After revamped it was gd in rental for close to a decade. SW was gd all the way til recent yrs.
Hard to compare. Tok is easy and tok is foc. Too kok I am.
Howeva those were the days long gone when u can play the retail with indi owners. Similar to MUN LOONG which occupied shop houses back then.

Btw as I mentioned in neighbouring forum, with 7psf for arcadia some can survive liao. If 8psf to tis SOME oledi gd to cover maintenance n sinking. 10psf is the magic number for all early birdies who dare dare bet on it despite being jokers.
Back to basic Q of passive income. Sad to tell 10psf might not b a gd number to buyers during launching. More so if not repeat buyer who din take up dibs.
So when wanna assess one's return in arcadia, the timing for the buyer is important. Price gap for grd can differ up to 500k per unit not to bring up the issue gd or bad facing.
