One of the end units of one wing in grd at klcc rented out 300k outright. The size is much smaller than a smallest bungalow land in dpc.

Boss BTS wasn't gd in the first few yrs. After revamped it was gd in rental for close to a decade. SW was gd all the way til recent yrs.

Hard to compare. Tok is easy and tok is foc. Too kok I am. tongue.gif

Howeva those were the days long gone when u can play the retail with indi owners. Similar to MUN LOONG which occupied shop houses back then.

Today market definitely hard to accept tat any longer. Or should I say maybe link2 is the onli one worth watching if it doesn't fail???

Btw as I mentioned in neighbouring forum, with 7psf for arcadia some can survive liao. If 8psf to tis SOME oledi gd to cover maintenance n sinking. 10psf is the magic number for all early birdies who dare dare bet on it despite being jokers.

Back to basic Q of passive income. Sad to tell 10psf might not b a gd number to buyers during launching. More so if not repeat buyer who din take up dibs.

So when wanna assess one's return in arcadia, the timing for the buyer is important. Price gap for grd can differ up to 500k per unit not to bring up the issue gd or bad facing.

Beta dun launch too fast. R2 if wan high psf Ppsb must launch later than planned. Otw the oversupply in dpc might pull down the rental. Investors 'll fall flat on flr. laugh.gif

Deep down in heart I hope they Giv me 688psf for R2. But reckon if they accept our advise to delay the launching means 888psf or more. Kns liao tis time.
