Ws3 real gdv is now 505m. R2 oso bout 500m. So price should b more expensive in psf cos size definitely smaller.

Anw for view R2 should b beta than any condo in dpc.

Yes. Slow down a lot as onli achieved 60% by 5pm last nite. No gd no gd.

Lvl 20 fr ws2. Lvl 30 in ws3 should hav similar view.

Deck 3 yes nearer. But deck 9 oso has con. Just stone throw away fr the guard house which is vely close to the access road. Low flrs r encouraged not to sun dry flags there. Otw ll spoil the condo facade.
