No news in Amelia. But it's oledi has 2 existing schools next to it. Access is somehow dead end cos ppsb chosen not to open up tat part for now for security issue. But anyone can walk thru. Farney.

And even thou it's not a big concern to me to live directly next to hospital many has voiced out their concerns. Lucky enuf tis lousy hospital doesn't hav many cases and actually it existence is not noticeable cos many chosen not to go due to the bad services.

Btw Amelia price stil shot up like nobody's biz. Again it's at another end of dpc comparing to ws part. Both hav direct access to main road if ppsb opens it up.

My view on dpc is simple la. Some love privacy some love crowds. I hav been living there since the early days both at outer n central. Both oso hav own pros n cons. In future when ppsb demolish waterfront the center of attention ll move to arcadia. Breezeway is just across the road.

Hard to name the worst plot here wo. Ws definitely got hit by the future school at westside park. Ocp oso ll b effected by surau. But noone can guarantee NS ll not hear athg fr surau. Zenia same fate as its neighbour to surau. Adora oso few steps away fr surau n next to school. Nadia adiva ll not hav anymore walking distance to dpc commercial center when waterfront is gone. Safa ll benefit fr there.

For me to jog around for tis yrs, its gd to hav the new track leading to ws. Less traffic there but sked of indon stimes. sweat.gif

Btw some ppl say Mansion vely classy but some say its just another link house with large BU. Vely personal I guess.

Many old units actually recently sold to chinese investors. Not many knowing it. Just recent weeks Nadia T3 sold to chinese at 1.8m. Breezeway big size condo duplex type sold to Indon chinese. Last yr oso few sold. Vacant now. Not sure wat they wanna do with it. NS oso sold a few to chinese last yr. Ocp oso got chinese buyers. I think they r more for investment but weird enuf not rented out.

Casaman got some transaction with angmo buyers. Big units thou.

Nvr stay in condo b4 but sure ll b the way to go in yrs to come when grow older.

I'm oso trying to figure out wats the benefit in condo vs dpc landed. For the size, psf in new condo = dpc old landed. Maintenance wise landed cheaper. Freedom wise of cos landed beta. Dilemma now tongue.gif

As for landed its gonna b higher cost lo due to bigger size. But if get a dpc landed now to lock in the cap n sell later to buy the future dpc condo, ll it be a beta bet ar???

Generally, for RM 200-300k ish I bought for investment, all medium high floors bcz I know young gene like high floor.

But high end condo, I tend to prefer medium high floor and not higher than 20th floor and will opt for lower floor if price increase more than RM 3k per floor.

But also have to depends view lo, since this is not MK, DPC should be safe and ok to pluck any floor.

4th - 5th floor from the pool is also part of my picks. Lol.
