Pls refer attachment to select ur preferred unit(s).
The sunset Is not tat bad for deck 8 in C1. Whereas deck 3a in C1 rely heavily on how's the dev in the land next to ws3. For klcc view, all units 'll hav direct morning Sun. Hence the lower the beta. Howeva on the (h) side facing park seems to b a beta bet but nearer to future school. Can say liddat mou??? Attached thumbnail(s)

So far no affordable housing in dpc masterplan but Athg can happen la. Ws3 should b a safe bet with tis price tag la. Even west facing oso won't b too bad thanks to the almost completed foresta. Extra object to view fr far. But forests scary hor. Wats the class of the slope??? |
