All tis while oso same practice there. Durinv arcadia lagi jialat. Dp 500-700k no refund if fail to secure loan.

Drastic increment in price is mainly speculation all tis while.

Many other dev hav priced their prop closer to dpc in psf nowadays. Tis might giv dpc an advantage to secure more own stayers.

In dpc condo, price is stubbornly staying high with the latest vped ws2 at 800psf. Might not b easy cos ws3 is gonna launch at 700+psf. But its not apple to apple comparison liao cos 1 is immediate and another 48 mths later.

But if toking bout landed then yes its vely expensive at dpc. Limited stock with limited transactions I blif not bcos of no buyers but no sellers.

Type C1 is the cheapest in psf but not absolute price. C2 is the expensive version with premium due to park & klcc view.

They still honour the special discount. Now 100 units instead of 60.

And most lower psf units r kept for launching day.

Boss for own stay B1 is best to me. B1 access to the front door is exclusive n private. C2 oso vely gd if u need tat size. Howeva both came with high premium.

For investment no doubt onli C1 is attractive. Dun need to study day a nite. No other types can beat C1 for investment.

Tis oso provide a beta future for buyers as most r genuine. Confirmed buyers might not feel the pain with 10% down and spa so soon. guess the purchase is oledi in the plan for them.
