But i did see ppls here talked nonsense and spread rumours or bbb mood...wat ppls q since monday la...wat collected number la...wat this and that ..all gaki kong gaki song statement. I prefer facts and info that help each other in property investment. Thats the whole spirit of forum. There is kopitiam section lyn to lim kopi n blow water there. Back to ws3, those blocked units are for ex buyers and in fact..my friends who tagged along ex buyer also can book earlier but no ex buyers disc of course. So, still many good units to grab. DPC do it differently from other developers. They want your 10% straight and will only return you 9% if you got complete rejection for your loan. In this case, I seriously dont think a lot will willing to take the risk of paying 10% without going through the loan eligibility profiling.

What if you thought you can get 90% loan, pergi bayar 10% to DPC and then only find out bank only willing to loan you 80%. Siao liao like this. Where to get another 10% as down payment? DPC wont return you your 10% because S&P already signed. apa macam? In this scenario, better be safe than be sorry. Better go through the loan eligibility and also prepare all bullets before you commit.

Hence, I dont forsee a lot of people will queue for this project.

I did went to their nite party. Though the food was ok, the crowd was too big for anyone's comfort. After grabbing some food, I went straight to 39 floors, look see look see, and then cabut. It suppose to be an exclusive event for potential buyer but it ends up being a super big FREE FOR ALL pasar malam with a lot of kiasu aunties grabbing food like nobody's business.

Boss this is common practice in Ppsb launching. Those who are lack of confident can go to bank apply Pre-approve loan before the booking. But I can tell you, those who come are the serious buyer / investor. In fact they sold out most of their ex-stock liao, only left 1 breezeway, 1 mansion, few WS1 & 40+ ocp.

Think the 1 unit each breezeway and mansion are leftover because they were used as customer service office. Ocp was one of the rare occasions ppsb misprice and misjudge the market but we never know as i could be wrong.

Most likely not goin. Stay home wait for news update.
