Here's some tips on how to maintaining your child's healthy gut;
1.Stay hydrated
Drink enough of plain water.1-2 glasses for children aged 2-3 years old and 6-8 glasses for children aged 4 years and above throughout the day.
2.Exercise
At least 60 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activities daily,such as brisk walking and cycling.
3.Eat more fruits and veges
4.Consume food with prebiotics
Prebiotics are known as the food that stimulates the growth and/or activity of beneficial bacteria in the gut.
Prebiotics can be obtained from various food sources such as banana,asparagus,onion and fortified milk like Mamil growing up milk.
