Hello!

Just don't know what to do to my skin, it has this kind of super small skin colored bumps, like, there are hundreds of it that when I touch it, it's so freakin' rough, but when people see it, my skin looks just fine...
Some people call it 'purging'? I don't know...

The thing is, I don't even know what's the cause?
I've had these since years ago (my fault that I didn't even bother to cure it back then), now, I really want it gone yet I don't know what kind of skin care I should buy since I don't really know what is it called?

Currently, my skin care is focusing on moisturizing. I don't know what to do. I've tried skin exfoliating scrubs, but it won't go away.

I think that is oil inside.

This is not something apply to skin to solve the problem. Long term solution is something to be taken internally. Go see doctor to find out what may have caused it

I think that is milia seed. Do you happen to consume lots of deep fried, greasy food and dairy products like cakes? If yes, I would suggest you to reduce eating them.

And... it is not easy to remove milia seeds. I used to have them but they r gone now. It is because I changed my diet and now using natural skincare to maintain the health of my skin.

Oil seeds could be the cause of skincare products that are too rich. Please check the products you have been using.
