i bet there will be some tmnut technicians or the tmnut staff that manages this throttling that gets instant cash from certain people (i.e. pirated cd producers) to give them unlimited/normal download speed so that they get the goods faster thus increasing their sales..im sure of this..to tmnut spies if u r reading this, please pm me to confirm..

btw, eventhough i use a leased line connection (in office) its affected to rite since the traffic will go thru the same network..only difference is u have a dedicated line with tmnut?
