Now i cant even upload, always stuck at less than 10kb/s even when i set it to 30kb/s. If anybody know how to bypass tmnet throttle, please PM me. I have tried touto, but the speed is very unstable, sudden shot up to 50kb/s then drop to 5kb/s. Now using utorrent 1.6 with streamyx 512kb/s package. U can check my previous post then u will know that i am not tmnet spy. Had joint this forum since 2 years ago. please, i am not only want to be able to download, but to upload as well so that i can help the BT community here in malaysia too. Thanks...

Please read my solution so far. The method was tried for two weeks now.

1. Always start torrent with random port (adjust forwarding accordingly). My method 10K (eg 12345) random port --> 20K (eg 23456) random --> 30K random --> 40K random --> 50K random --> 60K random --> 10K random cycle that with every torrent start/restart.

2. Check your ip for reference. If the torrent falls below speed from your obtain speed, disconnect and connect with different ip address. From my observation the throttle kicks  in between 1-2 hours of speed bting. Monitor your international peer if you can download from them you good to go, but if not disconnect and reconnect with different ip.

3. Repeat step 1&2 if your bt falls below speed.

Hope this method can help. I'm on 512kbps and torrent speed if using this method will go between 50KBps-60KBps. If throttle kicks in the speed will go down to 30KBps-0KBps  cry.gif . Client using utorrent beta (1.6.1). Please post your result.

The thing is that we normally leave BT running when we are away, therefore there is noway to monitor it and connect/disconnect to bypass the throttle. And for those who use router and port-forwarding, everytime we change the port number, the router have to be re-configure.
