Please read my solution so far. The method was tried for two weeks now.

1. Always start torrent with random port (adjust forwarding accordingly). My method 10K (eg 12345) random port --> 20K (eg 23456) random --> 30K random --> 40K random --> 50K random --> 60K random --> 10K random cycle that with every torrent start/restart.

2. Check your ip for reference. If the torrent falls below speed from your obtain speed, disconnect and connect with different ip address. From my observation the throttle kicks in between 1-2 hours of speed bting. Monitor your international peer if you can download from them you good to go, but if not disconnect and reconnect with different ip.

3. Repeat step 1&2 if your bt falls below speed.

Hope this method can help. I'm on 512kbps and torrent speed if using this method will go between 50KBps-60KBps. If throttle kicks in the speed will go down to 30KBps-0KBps . Client using utorrent beta (1.6.1). Please post your result.

As I mention this solution is for people with time to monitored their bt process to achive speed bting. Unintended bting sure will be throttle down. For port forwarding i suggest use port range (10000-60000) for forwarding your bt but it will be unsecure to do this. Same goes if your using iptables for forwarding wide range of port it will make your linux/unix box unsecure.

My setup is on windows with utorrent client. Always have my dd-wrt setting page for port changing and connect/disconnet my pppoe. Modem is on bridge mode.

Last downloaded torrent with size of ~4G and satisfied with the result.
