eih....just to tell a secret....BT capped...emule is not cap~..so y wasting time on bt and pay money for relaks service but wat u get is ony 5kb speed raise on the download??..

hehehe..i m on 1mbps package and recently auto upgrade to 2mbps package...my emule downloading speed is 130kbp - & + for 2 weeks edi...i did restart router once a while and..i still get the same speed...the speed is not from local...all from oversea~ tongue.gif but this 130kbps is not on a single task la...got few combine together tongue.gif

Wouldn't it be possible for TM Net to install a filter that detects if you download a file with a .torrent extension and then limits your international bandwidth accordingly? I am not talking about preventing .torrent file downloads(though some universities do practice this), I'm just saying that maybe downloading a .torrent file flags you in their database as a target for limiting. It's unlikely, I know, but it's the only way I can reconcile his statement with what we are actually experiencing. One way to test this, find a friend who has never torrented anything in his life and pass him a .torrent file via portable media such as a USB drive. Anyone want to try? smile.gif

for the meantime ...tmnet unthrotle the p2p la....all run smooth and fast..hehe~
