Guys besidess using LAN peer Finder in Azurues.
How to set TOP periority to local IPs to have maximum DL speed? That means I will DL/UL my data to the fullest extend with my local peer and still able to connect to international peer if there is no local peer. |

Do you guys ever know when the throttling kick in after I on my BT? I also face cant access to any http/https site after I BT for many hours. I'm suspecting that Tmnet Shaping is not very efficient also. I suspect they also accidentally drop my http packets.
