Guys besidess using LAN peer Finder in Azurues.
How to set TOP periority to local IPs to have maximum DL speed?
That means I will DL/UL my data to the fullest extend with my local peer and still able to connect to international peer if there is no local peer.

Do you guys ever know when the throttling kick in after I on my BT? I also face cant access to any http/https site after I BT for many hours. I'm suspecting that Tmnet Shaping is not very efficient also. I suspect they also accidentally drop my http packets.
The shaping is not very healthty to me. I hate this. It is wasting my time to setup a BT Server.
