my ARES works well.. can reach full speed 128 kB/s
but when run my torrent client (uTorrent, Azureus), the speed cant even reach 10 kB/s |

 and already change setting like Charty.it can burst up to 35kB/s in just 5/6secs and drop down to less than 10kB/s |
