tmnut throttled p2p but maxis doesnt seem to do so yet.
as i tried using maxis to dl files with good seeds, can easily reach 100kB/s!!

it's wired.
actually my company using this. i tried dl album with good seeds can easily hit 100+ kB/s.
now i dl-ing game the speed just 30kB/s only
