One thing I notice is their windows interface is classic by the look of the screenshot. Perhaps something to do with server? I wonder if these codes are LEET language... as there is some common word as in this site http://the.mysterious.alex.googlepages.com/1337-phabet

and at wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leet , it seem that the codes somehow MAYBE related to The Leet cipher .... still figuring......hope there is additional tips....the clue still to vague...hmmmm......

.....T_T...so my deduction about the leet cipher is correct or wrong? I just spent 8 hours non-stop trying to figure it . I try many language, greek, german , chinese, japan, english, chess game coordinate, ABCDZ, magic square numbering and finally 2 hours, i start to learn hacking code about ciphering machine, yet i still don't yield any results. WA, already midnight, i go sleep first, may as well start my hardwork after wake up

It appears that Bitcomet client which using DHEv2 CAN bypass the throttling. I run a lot of torrent from US(with average leecher and seeder around 100+) and force the encryption to always, bitcomet client which used DHEv2 can send me the data at higher speed(from international peers) while normal DHE don't even send me any data. Unencrypted connection even worse. Too bad that I usually encounter less than 20 bitcomet client that used DHEv2. I can get speed around 60-80kb/s if there are more than 10 bitcomet users using DHEv2 to connect to mine.
