It does but u have to setup the proxy setting almost like the other p2p softwares. This Setting is asuming you are using the free account which is limited to 64kbps.

What I think is TMNet is just dropping off the multiple connections we're doing with overseas (as BT normally do multiple connection amounting to 100+), that's why proxies or VPN is working, bcoz it disguise the data link from multiple connection to show that it looked like one single connection.

That's why torrent encryption is not working well, because we are still doing multiple connections to overseas.

I got 50% to 60% of my speed back with some setting change. Something you guys can try. 

I set to 1 download torrent only and 1 seed torrent only. Global max connection to 60 and 50 connection per torrent. Max Global dl speed to 80% of my package, global up at 10%. Encryption On. That's it. No proxy setting or tunneling. By doing this I'm getting the result that is similar to the proxy thing that some of you are trying. Setting the number of connection too high or low will result in < 3kb/s speed. So you likely need to play around with the numbers. I start with 10-10 and work my way up. For you info, some of my torrents take up to 20min to get going. So you need to wait. Turn the encryption off will get your torrent going pretty fast but the speed will always be <5kb/s. Some with if you're dling more then 1 torrent at a time. 

The end result is that I get my files in about double the time it normally took before tm bandwidth when on fasting. Meaning files that normally take 2 hours to get, now take little over 4. The speed during dl range for ~0.1 kb/s to Max, over all about 50% to 60% of norm base on time need to complete a torrent.

BTW I'm using utorrent. Doing on BitComet (what I normally use) I got back 40% at most. If someone using other appz and with this setting tweaks trick and getting better result plz let me know. 

AFAIK the tc device is not capable of layer 7 deep packet inspection. Besides it doesn't make any difference protocol encryption or not, it control based on initiated connections count. When your connection hits the count limit, you'll get lame speed.

I'll try these settings for a few days & see how it goes.

Here some stats I got for those who is think of using http-tunnel.
So far I used it on 6 torrent.
3 torrent speed at 55+ kB/s, 1000+ seeds, 80-100% int. seeders connected
2 torrent speed at 40+ KB/s, <1000 seeds, 70% int. seeders connected
1 torrent speed at <15 KB/s, due low seeders, < 10 seeds, 100% int. seeders

Down side that I notice so far:
- Usually connect to North American seeds, get stuuf from Eu might slower
- upload is kinda wacky, so private tracker might an issue for some.
- torrent can start quite slow, might take 5 min to get nice speed
- no UDP yet. the developer seem to be planning to add it in future client release

Yeah, it's a VPN service. I set it up already.

I've tried tuoto and believe me its done squat for my download speed. Using touto i actually got no speed instead of the speed increase that everybody is raving about. And i followed what underground said in the first page of the forum 2 configure the settings but all i got was nothing.
