I dont know its just me, just now I restart, and I get a brand new IP I never get before, 124.82.93.xx. and the speed now is remain uncapped

but I never heard of this IP before? anyone getting this IP?

Off topic a bit, but dude, don't misunderstand.. the problem with piracy in Malaysia isn't with us trying to download a few American TV shows everyday. It comes from pirates profitting from piracy (your friendly neighbourhood VCD Seller, and MP3 cd seller), these guys are hurting the revenue of the MPAA and the RIAA directly.

So IMHO, throttling our bandwidth with something like the NetEnforcer is just a cheapass way for TMnet to make the best out of their current available bandwidth... instead of doing the proper thing, which would be upgrading.

Oh well, what to do.. when you live in a country where the only readily available broadband is monopolised by a government owned corporate giant.

Let's just hope that either something like wi-max or some other alternatives come soon.

Or for me, I just relakks... while I give TMnet the universal 1 finger salute.

It actually depends on ur torrent file, the max speed I got was 30Kbps on a 1Mbps line.. If this continues, I would have no other choice but to go all "V For Vendetta" on TMNet and hold everyone in their HQ hostage You know the scene in Vendetta...release our line, or else

Yes TM was tinkering my line/account as well... my DSL light went off and on 3 times in succession when I was playing online game, making me disconnected at the end of it >_<. Blerdy hell, lucky my Blue Server account was not banned because of that.

Actually it all started out with the people itself first, back then everyone was happy with their downloading and then came those that complained bout the network being so congested and laggy so with that TM came out with this to counter the problem. Saves them $ on buying additional bandwidth for the timebeing.
