Uploading while downloading will not cripple your connection if u set the upload to 80% max.

Try accessing from a friend's House or get a friend to try to access the vpn. If all fails, e-mail technical support.

Call 1300889515. You will hear that they are having a major network outage at the moment so it's not relakks problem.

About Tuotu, I'm seeing something weird on my utorrent. I see a Shaw Cable Canadian ISP IP address but it resolves as tuotu with a USA flag? Weird. Client: BitComet.

Ok, firstly Battlestar Galactica is boring like Star Trek (same writers). In fact, it's worse because you hardly have any space action and it's all talk talk talk. I think they should just call it Talkstar Boringica. laugh.gif

Secondly, announcing speed from local peers is nothing to shout about since anyone can get max with local too.

The more you upload, the faster you go thru the queue. E-Mule & E-Donkey is leech proof. Limiting upload to 10kbps only hurts you because others upload faster than you and make you wait for a very long time.

There is a Faye Wong song in Final Fantasy, Eyes on Me. As for push and pop, that's assembly language if I'm not wrong.

OK, this is my 2 sen. I THINK the original poster is actually saying he downloads torrents smaller than 400MB as you see all the files he downloaded are less than 400MB. Sadly, I download ISOs and files larger than 400MB so this 'bypass' doesn't apply.

Looks like people in UAE will have to use a proxy or VPN to get to the relakks VPN. rclxub.gif Why in the world would they block the Relakks VPN Server IP? What are they censoring over there? Must be another nutz country like Iran and China.

It starts slow till max at around 20kBps. At certain times, it will totally stop transmitting so you will need to disconnect and reconnect. Generally, you'll need to check on it from time to time. Once every 30 minutes to an hour.
